How often will I receive an issue?
Signs of the Times is a monthly publication that includes a Buyers' Guide for a total of 13 issues. For 2010, Screen Printing features 6 issues. VMSD also has a Buyers' Guide which is the January issue for a total of 12 issues. The Big Picture is a monthly publication for a total of 12 issues. Signs of the Times & Screen Printing en español is bi-monthly with a total of 6 issues.

How do I subscribe to your publication?

When will my subscription begin?
The monthly publications: Signs of the Times, VMSD, Screen Printing and The Big Picture will begin 4-6 weeks after you subscribe. The bi-monthly publication, Signs of the Times & Screen Printing en español will start 4-8 weeks after you subscribe. For international subscriptions, please add 2-5 weeks for airmail delivery and an additional 3-4 weeks for surface mail delivery.

When will my subscription expire?
We offer one, two and three year subscriptions. Depending on what term you choose for your subscription, it will expire 12, 24 or 36 months after you receive your first issue. You will receive a renewal invoice in the mail five months prior to your subscription expiration. Renewal notices will discontinue once your subscription is renewed. What are the rates for your publications?

How do I process a change of address for my subscription?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express as well as personal checks, provided they are drawn on a US bank, and money orders. For international subscribers we also offer wire transfers. Subscriptions in the US may be billed, however international subscriptions need to be paid before they begin.

Can I purchase a certain back issue or do I have to purchase a subscription?
We sell our back issues at the following prices, plus shipping costs inside the US: VMSD - $5.50
Signs of the Times - $5.00
Screen Printing - $4.00
The Big Picture - $4.95
Signs of the Times & Screen Printing en español - $7.00
Back issues are $7.00 plus shipping outside of the US.

Why am I receiving multiple issues every month?
If you are receiving more than the desired number of issues every month, you may contact Customer Service by calling 800-421-1321 (US only), 513-421-2050 or via e-mail customer@stmediagroup.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscription cancellations can be done by clicking here. A refund will be sent within 4-6 weeks in the same form the subscription was originally paid with providing your balance is over $10. If the remaining balance is $10 or under, we will make a note on the account to not send you any renewals and you will receive the remainder of your subscription. Where can I find my account number?
Your account number is a 6 or 7 digit number that can be found above the name on the label of your magazine.
